The series
Reviving the golden era of jazz.
When Hendrik Nehls organizes a concert, passion, experience and a fine sense of quality come together. As bassist, bandleader and host, he regularly brings selected musicians from Berlin's jazz scene to the stage at b-flat.
Between 1930 and 1960, swing and jazz shaped popular music like few other eras. The B-Flat All-Stars revive that spirit with timeless standards, hidden gems, high-energy swing, ballads and groove-driven arrangements.
Connection with the audience is part of the concept. Hendrik personally guides the audience through the evening, while changing guests keep the series recognizable and fresh at the same time.
